Plan, write and coordinate communications to support internal programs, projects and initiatives.Partner with business and functional leaders to research and write communication plans and materials that include videos, social media posts, presentations, talking points, posters, digital signage and promotional materials.Assist in project planning, scheduling, proofing, quality assurance and coordinating with internal stakeholders and outside vendors.Report and communicate project statuses to the director of internal communications.Coordinate the design, production and distribution of communications resources, including printed collateral, training materials, newsletters and PowerPoint presentations.Resolve issues, identify alternatives and make appropriate recommendations to ensure project success.Ensure consistency in messaging and adherence to XPO brand standards.

Works directly with the CGO and Executive Team to prioritize and develop the People Communications agenda.Builds and updates the detailed People Communications Plan. Coordinates and manage execution, engaging various stakeholders and departments to assist with message development and delivery. Collaborates and works seamlessly with MVP marketing team to ensure employment branding and People communications remain aligned with broader MVP marketing strategy and branding.Collaborates with our embedded media partner coordinator and other service providers to plan, schedule, execute content gathering and production and timing sharing through designated communication channels. Ensures creation of engaging communications through storytelling, visuals, and effective media (i.e. live chats, video, infographics, PowerPoint, social media, blog).Supports the growth of employment brand-related social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics to improve social media presence. Also, manages the growth and maintenance of external employment branding website content.Supports the development of internal communications to employee owners (including newsletters, educational videos, customized training communications and events).Keeps abreast of latest social marketing trends and supports implementation of best practices.Build out and support brand new intranet/employee app.

Create and execute internal communication strategy throughout Comau North America, including the implementation of new activities and tools. Introduced a communications app to employees, which achieved high engagement and helped employees have otherwise hard to find information at their fingertips. Use of tools to measure communications analytics. Manage all external communications activities and public relations. Ensure all communications throughout the organization were well written and properly reflect upon the company.

Manage social media presence in full compliance with the corporate brand and communication strategy; develop organization wide social media management standards, policies, processes and rules of engagement; define key performance indicators; mentor and provide training to communication and management professionals throughout the organization on best practices for creating, managing, monitoring and developing content for social networks; work with all Comau entities to explore and identify ways to integrate social media into business strategies and marketing campaigns
