I am experienced and passionate about empowering women to love themselves unconditionally. I have a post graduate degree in psychology, accredited qualifications in cognitive behaviour therapy, NLP and body confidence coaching. Coming from a place of having no body confidence. I understand the process in shifting your mindset to loving yourself unconditionally and knowing that you are worthy of greatness and accepting your unique self.I work with women who believe that they are imperfect, transforming them to know that they are beautiful.Having spent far too many years, struggling, hating who I was inside and out, I understand first hand the emotions, feelings, thoughts and behaviour that you have. It is my personal mission to make sure you do not suffer like I did or for a moment longer. I have a background in teaching and learning along with a psychology degree and coaching qualifications.Away from coaching, you will find me having cat cuddles with my two cats, embracing nature on beautiful country walks, or lost in a good book.
