Optimizing programs, processes and enabling Sales across the Public Sector Volume Licensing and Cloud business.- Readiness Operations Manager: Responsible for the end-to-end operations readiness and self-serve strategy across Volume Licensing and Online Commercial business for our partner community. - Advertising Operations Manager: Responsible for building a business management system for display, search and publisher advertising. Driving for operational management excellence across agreement, order and payout experiences.

Managed UK and German cloud and telecommunication partners and customers. Launched, implemented and provided operational billing, subscription management and incentives readiness for Office365, Windows Azure, Windows Intune, and CRM Online. Built and implemented the European team responsible for monitoring Content, helping organizations identify high-risk text, images, or video on their platforms.

Responsible for creating an operational partner support framework for Microsoft's Online Services. To accelerate the growth of Microsoft cloud business practices amongst SMB partners. Managing the US field and finding order-to-cash process efficiencies for cloud computing services and products: BPOS, Office 365, Intune, MDOP, Azure, and CRM Online.
