About Heather Catchpole

I'm a strategic thinker and ideas person with a passion for education and innovation. In 2013 I co-founded Refraction Media with a vision to inspire a smarter future, and created the Careers with STEM platform, to engage students and equip educators with the tools to increase enrolments in STEM pathways and careers. I have deep expertise in science and technology, as a team leader, in digital communications tools and business growth, client and partnership development and interactive media and education content creation.
