Project Manager/Qc ManagerTeam Construction Sep 2008 - Nov 2009Camp Lejeune Marine Corps Base – Served as the Quality Control Manager for the modernization of three (3) existing live fire ranges situated around the K-2 Impact Area on mitigated wetlands across 130 acres. Various incidental work included construction of a concrete block combined facility, three control towers, three bleacher enclosures, and three ammunition breakdown buildings, installation of pre-cast target enclosures with all target utility connections, extensive site preparation, and installation of site utilities including gravity sewer, force main, electrical distribution and fiber optics. The project also includes a BIVOUC area, landing zone and BZOs located at two of the ranges. Additionally, construction of all service roads that lead to each target and downrange for ease of future serviceability at each range. As required by the Corps of Engineers, as QC Manager, responsibilities included coordination, scheduling, oversight and quality assurance of all aspects of construction totaling over $12,000,000. Served as the liaison between NAVFAC and the Client as well as coordination and direction of all subcontractors. Review of all submittals, pay applications and material acquisition. Maintain LEED documentation and requirements.
