Throughout my more than 20 years as a Marketing and Communications leader, I’ve cultivated an arsenal of tools that aid me in being able to thrive on the fringe, inspire collaboration and always search for solutions – even when the challenge at hand feels like it might be a dead end. As colleagues describe me, I am not this 'OR' that – I am the 'AND'. I speak creative and engineering. I am a strategic leader and I know how to get things done. I am excited by analytical rigor and inspired by human truths. To me, ‘AND’ is never a compromise, it is a mindset that embraces curiosity and creativity in all its forms.Across the range of brands I’ve had the honor of working for, I have learned the power of great branding is unstoppable and have a proven track record of driving results, managing through influence, fostering teams, and forging executive relationships, all while creating value for the business, employees, shareholders, and the communities we operate in.But beyond my accomplishments, I’ve learned some important things about myself:-- I'm a glass half full kind of person.
