My expertise lies in delivering technical assistance to secondary schools, districts, and educational agencies, where I focus on implementing strategies to improve literacy. As a seasoned Senior Program Associate for Literacy at WestEd, I specialize in crafting, leading, and aiding professional development for the Reading Apprenticeship program. I pride myself on my ability to work collaboratively with educators to foster environments where literacy can flourish in every subject area. Before joining the impactful team at WestEd, I served as a teacher, instructional coach, and Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment.
