Current• Develop and implement CHC brand strategies and marketing objectives• Lead development and implementation of design, marketing strategies and advertising initiatives—to include advertising campaigns, events, digital marketing, and public relations to increase brand identity and awareness• Develop and execute content for marketing, using new and existing products (to include but not limited to monthly blogs and monthly newsletters)• Oversee and manage website performance and update routinely to provide new content and images for the website allowing us to remain current, relevant and evolving• Manage and oversee social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition• Increase brand awareness and reach across multiple platforms (i.e. social media, email)• Establish rapport with other marketing professionals and vendors in the industry to collaboratively market products and services• Editor, coordinator, and designer for all written and editorial, layout, design, production and distribution of any company publications, online presence, and collateral material• Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends, finding innovative ways to connect with target audiences• Work closely with management to define, direct and oversee all aspects of marketing and branding• Stay current on market trends and new research in the industry keeping a pulse on our vendors and establishing a rapport with their Marketing Departments for cross collaboration on social media and newsletters• Market CHC through PowerPoint presentations, email blast newsletters, press releases, and social media marketing campaigns• Designed and produced new website in 2014
