Coordinate the development and delivery of a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) framework, including results based framework and operational plans for STAV and SINPA. Supported program teams with documentation, drafting proposals and facilitation of workshops on HIV/AIDS, with particular emphasis on engaging youth in discussions about culture, gender and sex.
