In this role, I collaborated with the Managing Director and Senior Managers and established an HR Strategy covering employee engagement, talent management and development, recruitment, restructuring and change management programmes across Greenford, Cheltenham, Cambridge, Preston, Loudwater and Manhattan (Kansas, USA). I also line managed four HR Business Partners, one HR & Benefits Coordinator and one Deputy Security Controller. Some of my key achievements include:• Headed HR integration activity for a merger of Controls and PALS, including harmonising benefits and terms and conditions, setting up new employee consultative committee and implementing projects to focus on areas identified through discussion and engagement survey• Boosted employee professional development by introducing a Hi-Potential development programme for over 30 employees and online training courses for all staff• Worked with employee champions and overhauled internal communications including intranet, team brief and regular notices, ensuring inclusive and timely insights and updates
