I am in charge of Quality assurance monitors and the development of the assciates that I do so for. I am fair and just in doing so; hoping that it builds a bridge to gap the tension that can come from such a posistion. I also answer questions for existing and new associates, making sure the have as many available resources to complete the job both efficiently and effectively. I often times am required to look into accounts or phone calls that have much detail to analyze and make a full report of my findings.I also monitor written Quality Assurance by reviewing many claims before the are submitted. I help with maintaining the operation by watching call volume and making sure calls or other demands of our industry and handling in a timely organized fashion.I am require to work exclusively with other departments and make sure the communication is flowing between them as well.
