Current- Power BI Health Plus development and training to team- Co-lead a systems development team- Lead trainings/meetings for team - EDI Rejection project to gain visibility to rejected customer transactions for the team- Held weekly work sessions with the team to assist with data clean up- Customer Focus Group to showcase wins the team completed for Yammer- Created Salesforce training documents when we switched from Seibel- Brambles Order Optimization Tool (BOOST) project to optimize orders and collections- Co-lead Employee Resource Groups (Book Club and the African, Black, & Caribbean ERG)
