While previously the design technology team was responsible for the entire end-to-end TurboTax prototype each year, we enabled our designers to contribute by creating a drag-and-drop, no-code interface. This allowed us to get valuable customer feedback before tax season began, especially in the areas of marketing and importing 1099-B (stock) forms.Speaking engagements:10/1/19: Grace Hopper Conference (Orlando, FL)3/9/19: Y24 Conference (San Diego, CA)

Our current study focuses on task predictions and relationships between documents. Participants use the software to organize their work for three weeks. We use pre- and post-study questionnaires and two post-study interviews to gather data. We also analyze the databases (with any sensitive data removed).
