As a DVM Recruiter at Western Veterinary Partners, I leverage my experience and credentials as a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) to provide excellent outcomes for doctors and practices alike. I have been in this role for over three years, and I am passionate about connecting DVMs with the practice and culture they want, while supporting the growth and success of Western Veterinary Partners.Before joining Western Veterinary Partners, I worked as a licensed veterinary technician and hospital manager. In these positions, I developed and demonstrated my expertise in areas such as team leadership, change management, employee retention, program and project management, process improvement, problem solving, conflict resolution, strategic planning, customer and client relations, and compliance. I also have strong skills in communication, public speaking, software systems, marketing, and analytical and creative thinking. I am a member of the Arizona Veterinary Medical and the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society.In my spare time I can be found at the barn with my OTTB Teddy or volunteering with organizations that provide community outreach to pets and people alike.
