In this role I have managed the configuration, implementation and ongoing management of a new HRIS, Applicant Tracking System and global payroll system for Vonage as well as the integrations of multiple acquisitions and combining systems and processes. These projects included managing data conversion from source systems, including Oracle, BambooHR, ADP, iCims and others to new systems, UKG, Greenhouse, and Celergo and building out HR processes and approvals into the systems. I am responsible for assisting with change management, training and communications around implementation of new systems and rollout of new features. I manage reporting within Cognos BI and metrics distribution to business leaders. I work with IT, Finance, our security team and internal and external auditors to ensure continued system and process compliance. We are continuously making system updates, data updates and launching new features to increase employee and manager self-service. Currently managing systems for HRIS, Payroll, Time Management, Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, Performance Development, Salary Planning, Engagement and Recognition.

As the HR Operations Coordinator and then Manager at Nexmo, I was responsible for building out new HR policies and processes globally. I managed the configuration and implementation of a new HRIS and ATS. I managed the US payroll processing on a semi-monthly cycle. I administered benefits program and annual open enrollment. Additionally, I was responsible for onboarding/offboarding and day to day HR support to employees.

As an assistant on the talent management team, I was responsible for maintaining the company’s candidate database and assisted in coordinating interview schedules and travel logistics for executive candidates. I worked with the Director of HR to onboard new employees and process paperwork, IT equipment, immigration issues and relocations. I assisted on the events side with planning and managing our annual new hire welcome training, welcome weekend and team offsites (includes travel, hotels, meals, entertainment and coordination of training sessions.)
