From comprehensive CE programs to high-stakes meetings, I oversee all aspects of event planning, including agenda creation, contracting, speaker selection, budget management, content and compliance oversight. My hands-on approach includes seamless onsite event management, fostering cross-functional collaboration and elevating attendee experiences.My leadership extends to Agent Development, where I provide strategic guidance on training programs to teams specializing in consultative services, including client acquisition strategies and succession planning. Simultaneously, I took on the role of Executive Producer for a nationally acclaimed event, refining my expertise in strategic planning, cross-departmental operations, program management, and marketing. These efforts were all geared toward amplifying our organization's reach and bolstering its reputation.In recognition of my exceptional project management skills, I received the esteemed President's Award from New York Life's Executive Vice President and the prestigious "Be the Best Award" from Nautilus's CEO.This work led to my promotion of the highest level of Corporate Vice President, transitioning to a management role in Field Operations, and returning to The Nautilus Group, marking the next phase of my professional trajectory.

Building on my position as Director, I continued as an estate, business, and tax planning consultant for high-net-worth individuals within New York Life's Advanced Planning Group. During this tenure, I initiated speaking engagements and innovated client-focused resources. My responsibilities expanded to leading projects aimed at the broader New York Life audience. Recognizing the impact of these efforts, I earned a promotion to Assistant Vice President.

In my role as Director at The Nautilus Group, a distinguished membership service of New York Life, I worked on the special cases team, curating highly specialized, bespoke estate and business planning analyses tailored for clients with a minimum net worth of $15 million. Additionally, I conducted staff training sessions on Excel-based programs. To expand my client exposure and leverage my expertise in educating others, I transitioned to New York Life's Advanced Planning Group from Nautilus.

As a licensed financial services professional, I simultaneously developed educational programs and bolstered advanced sales within a General Office setting, while actively supporting the Advanced Sales division at the Home Office. I maintained contributions to both roles at Ameritas before being recruited by New York Life, which led to my relocation to Texas.
