I instinctively streamline and standardize routine processes related to hiring, onboarding, scheduling, event planning, reception, communication, and the hundred other things we do on a day-to-day basis. In becoming more efficient, we’re better able to serve the community and give people what they want and need to thrive.Before shifting into the public sector, I worked for a well-known university in San Francisco. The work was quite similar, though my “constituents” were student and staff at the time. This experience in a for-profit business has been invaluable in my work as a government employee.
