As the Vice President Environment, Safety, Health and Sustainability, I lead an organization responsible for setting policy and developing programs that support our commitments to provide a safe and healthful working environment, to operate in a manner that conserves natural resources, and to provide for the long-term stewardship of our environmental, social and financial capital. The integrated organization includes Environment, Safety and Health (ESH), Health and Wellness, and Sustainability programs. The organization provides leadership of the governance structures, common processes and tools used to execute Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and ESH programs, monitor relevant emerging regulatory and legislative issues, develop initiatives to improve corporate-wide Sustainability and ESH performance, and communicate our commitments and performance to public stakeholders. My team includes professionals responsible for the development of multiple corporate sustainability disclosures such as the annual sustainability report, SASB, GRI, CDP, and TCFD.I have over twenty-five years of technical experience in developing and implementing facility and enterprise governance, risk management and compliance programs, including to ESH and ESG requirements, as well as certifications to voluntary international management systems standards.I currently serve as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the International Aerospace Environmental Group (IAEG).
