My life's work is to meaningfully contribute to solving the complex challenges of our times, driven by climate change and persistent inequities, through the business and community centric lens.Currently I serve as CPO at Hollyhock - a leading retreat center on Cortes Island in British Columbia focused on right relationship with self, each other, the planet and social transformation. We are weaving together a network and community to build the leadership and practices that are needed for a resilient and regenerative future. My work encompasses strategic oversight, partnerships, programming and enhancing financial durability.I am also building a climate venture called Climate Legacy focused on providing individuals climate positive plans for entirety of their lifetime.Previously, I led ethical supply chain and buying at Lush, where we were at the forefront of integrating permaculture and regenerative agriculture practices, as well as pioneering the application of scope 3 emissions reduction and insetting strategies. This experience provided deep insights into and practice in developing the environmental, human rights, and social impacts of global trade and its potential to support economic development where it is needed most.I am passionate about conscious leadership, making meaningful connections and always open to collaborate on climate issues - if I can be in service to you, please reach out.
