Heather L. Devermann, a consistent top producer and a licensed REALTOR® for more than 27 years, she is uniquely qualified in buyer and seller representation, site selection and growth strategies, advisory, project leasing and evaluating investment properties. Ms. Devermann's experience, local market knowledge and representation performance has earned her the trust of her clients, from individual property owners, developers, investors and financial institutions. Ms. Devermann's real estate background is diverse in vacant land, multifamily, industrial, office, retail, investment and residential properties. She has volunteered for over 20 years as a docent (volunteer educator) at the Chicago Zoological Park (Brookfield Zoo), and has also served leadership positions on school PTO boards, Jr. Women's Groups, and has been both a Boy Scout and Girl Scout Leader. Heather Devermann earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN and attended four years of graduate school at the University of Georgia in Athens, GA.Over the course of her career she has been continously awarded for her professional achievements, most recently she was featured on the cover of Women in Commercial Real Estate and received the President’s Award for Highest Sales Transactions and Highest Sales Totals. She shared her insights on real estate market trends as a panelist for The Real Estate Magazine, was also recognized with thePlatinum Commercial Forum Award and Award of Excellence from the Association of Realtors and received the Most Valuable Producer award from her company.Ms. Devermann holds a real estate broker license in Illinois and Tennessee and is the Managing Broker for EXIT Real Estate Solutions in Hendersonville, TN.
