Hello, I'm Heather McAllister, a highly skilled healthcare professional with excellent people skills, an analytical mind and a Salesforce certified professional specializing in the healthcare sector. My journey began in healthcare, fueled by a mission to make a meaningful impact on people's lives by helping them lead healthier, better lives. As I progressed in my career, I felt a growing desire to make a larger-scale impact. This led me to pursue an MBA in Healthcare Administration and eventually to enter the Salesforce ecosystem. I'm proud to hold the Salesforce Administrator certification, along with 14 superbadges and the double star ranger rank. Looking ahead, I have plans to further explore the potential of AI within Salesforce.At my core, I'm a lifelong learner who thrives in environments that foster growth and development. My passion lies in leveraging technology to simplify processes, improve efficiencies in clinical work and enhance patient care. I am energized by meaningful projects that drive positive change and bring a blend of analytical and big-picture thinking to the table.My overarching goal is to utilize technology to improve the healthcare experience for all stakeholders, from patients to end-users. As a clinician, I have firsthand experience with the challenges within the healthcare system, having encountered them both in practice and as a user of various EHR systems. Despite these obstacles, I see great potential in the future as we harness the innovation afforded to us for simplifying, and organizing data in a meaningful way and fostering improved service to the patient and their families. When I'm not busy building solutions on the Salesforce platform or working with patients in the field, you can find me outdoors, gardening, or running, horseback riding, or hiking with my dogs.
