This role was responsible for AECOM Maunsell’s human resources and organisational development strategies, policy development, and the consistent application of an effective professional HR service to the region encompassing Australia, New Zealand, Asia & the Middle East. AECOM, a global engineering consultancy with, at this time, 19,000 staff worldwide. The local region formed Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Middle East with over 2300 staff at the time. I was the regional representative of the AECOM global HR Director network.

It was acquired by global consultancy, AECOM and rebranded to Maunsell (the primary regional presence of AECOM) and then Maunsell-AECOM.In this role I was responsible for Meritec’s human resources and organisational development, recruitment, training and performance management strategies.I was part of corporate re-brand team responsible for development and implementation of new brand, in particular the development of organizational values, communication and integration planning and implementation.While in this role I worked as "Project Human Resources Specialist" for one of Meritec's clients, STELCO (State Electricity Company), in The Republic of Maldives, for two three-week assignments. This included facilitation of workshops (workshop skills/train the trainer, coaching, appraisals, public speaking, interview skills, change & performance management, staff communications); coaching with HR & Training Manager and staff; and development of HR/training policies & procedures. After the acquisition by AECOM, I moved to the Corporate HR Manager role.
