This included facilitation of workshops (workshop skills/train the trainer, coaching, appraisals, public speaking, interview skills, change & performance management, staff communications); coaching with HR & Training Manager and staff; and development of HR/training policies & procedures. After the acquisition by AECOM, I moved to the Corporate HR Manager role.
