Currently, I work with assisting the attorneys with clients that have just retained our services in corresponding with their insurance companies and medical providers.

I work for a Top 1% agent group closing 50-75 transactions per year on average. Being the executive assistant I am the constant connection to our clients and the nerve center for the group. I prepare presentations for the agents, compile statistics, maintain communication with current and past clients, schedule appointments, monitor activity at our listings, manage our websites, follow up with agents, escrow companies and lenders and compile marketing material for both current clients and possible future business.

I managed the front office and the business office as well as taking care of all the insurance and patient billing for a small chiropractic center in Kirkland seeing 25-60 patients a day. In addition to the scheduling patients, managing client relations and receiving payments, I also oversaw the collection procedures, made file copies, coordinated with legal counsel, maintained clinic statistics, transcribed reports and doctor notes, managed liens and processed x-rays.

I started with this job when I was in high school and the position grew from sales transactions to a lot more. This location was a small neighborhood store and the staff was more like family. In the time I was there I learned how to place orders with distributors, shipped & received merchandise, deal with customer complaints and returns, maintained and organized the inventory and trained new employees.It was an extremely good experience as a first job.
