RVA MAT, LLC is certified through the Virginia Department of Social Services and Virginia Department of Health. This training course is also approved by the Virginia State Board of Nursing. Staff members who work in licensed/regulated child day programs and accredited private schools that give PRESCRIPTION and NON PRESCRIPTION medication to children must successfully complete a MAT course that meets those requirements. Manage the policy and protocol guidelines related to COVID-19 to keep production cast, crew, and staff safe from COVID-19 including developing, implementing and maintaining process through entire production schedule. Educate all production staff, cast, and crew related to COVID-19 policies, protocols, and guidelines. Managing the COVID-19 testing process from start to finish for 300+ cast and crew members that are testing several times a week. Work with medical placement company to manage on set nursing and laboratory staff. Manage the on-set Health and Safety team that includes Health and Safety Manager, COVID Compliance Officers, Set PAs, and Office Pas. Manage the procurement, distribution, storage, and inventory of personal protective equipment and hygiene supplies. Manage the isolation/quarantine of appropriate production team members and their safe return to work according to Safe Way Forward, DGA, PGA, SAG-AFTRA guidelines.
