Account Manger - Parts (Eastern Us)
Current- Responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with our channel partners. Provide sales support from inquiry to delivery for parts managers and dealer principals within our dealer and distributor network.
- Proactively contact authorized channel partners to generate sales of parts and accessories. Generate interest, quote, and follow up with customers and outside sales team to ensure quotes successfully transition to.
- Act as the key customer contact to provide information to generate and complete the sales cycle from quote through delivery.
- Teamwork. Share best practices and support the parts product growth team to ensure efficiency, seize opportunity, and promote a growth mindset.
- Work with Regional Managers to onboard new dealers and work directly with high growth potential channel partners to maximize opportunities.
- Provide information to product management for market, industry, and competitive analysis.
