Responsibilities included; management of numerous reports for Product Managers, District Managers, Regional Mangers and Corporate Personnel - unresolved, FTE & Temp Data, annual budgets, COSS, and customer profit reports, Resolved billing issues on the Driver Collect Account, assisted in the resolution of station bad debit and claims. Managed special projects or temporary assignments as were sometimes requested by management.

Collections Supervisor overseeing collections for the GSC accounts within the southeast region. Maintained DSO expectations, and built customer relationships while watching our bottom line. Responsibilities included; collection of past due invoices, obtain documents required for processing of payment. Liaise with the customer to settle billing disputes and communicate business practices.
