When I started at SNiP, I built customer accounts in the billing system from sales contracts and handled billing and customer service phone calls.Later, I was responsible for running several processes during daily, weekly, and monthly billing including, but not limited to, importing voice usage, generating bills, uploading electronic bills to customers, verifying and identifying unbilled usage.After the billing processes were completed, I produced various financial reports, and received and applied payments and credits as necessary.
