Tabata Bootcamp : The programs taught by a certified Tabata Bootcamp instructor are 8 week group training programs (or shorter) as well as personal training sessions that are based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using the 20-10 Microburst Training Protocol and other various HIIT protocols.Barre: The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

• Responsible for developing P&ID’s, isometrics, piping, civil/structural and site plans from project inception through completion according to specifications and good industry practice utilizing AutoCAD/CADWorx• Integral member of document control managing over 6400 drawings/documents utilizing McLaren and SharePoint• Responsible for verifying drawings for accuracy and conformity• Coordinate and assist vendors to complete drawings • Field verification consisting of as-builts, data gathering and updates to detailed drawings and models from, sketches, notes and layouts provided by design/engineering.• Support engineers with project specific design related issues• Mentor and support junior designers to help facilitate personnel and company growth
