Training & Engagement Manager - Auto Retail
CurrentAs Training and Engagement Manager, I own the enablement portion of our Go-To-Market initiative. I lead the bi-weekly GTM Launch Readiness updates, coordinating content creation, developing enablement materials that ensure success. I work closely with Product Managers and Marketing to craft impactful presentations and demonstrations that align with our strategic goals. I manage clear communication of system enhancements and oversee the distribution and documentation of all materials.Beyond GTM, I’m responsible for onboarding all new hires onto the Dealer Experience team, designing and facilitating our continuing education sessions to enhance team skills. Special projects, including the creation of skills matrices for the four teams that encompass the Dealer Experience team and a Change Management initiative are focused on driving operational excellence and supporting our team's growth.
