Strategic and operational oversight of C-level hospitality and client entertainment programming for high-profile events and clients. Successfully led operations, training, staff, strategic partnerships, and venue relationships. Managed the firm’s season ticket sales valued at $10MM and centralized all tickets held by individual departments and divisions. Collaborated across business lines to make strategic decisions regarding relationships with various sports teams. Created divisional budgets for large-scale events, including the Olympics. Managed and mentored Internal Events team and two outsourced vendors.• Reduced costs by $3.5MM+ by evaluating and consolidating the firm’s ownership of sports memberships, tickets, and suites, managing strategic relationships with sports teams, and determining purchasing decisions. • Created and oversaw Hospitality ticketing policy to establish standardization and a clear methodology and led rigorous RFP process to identify and implement a technology solution which resulted in improved efficiency and transparency of ticketing process and a more organized, user-friendly experience. • Worked closely with Charitable Contribution team to determine charitable donations of tickets to recipients.• Implemented a complementary process for single entertainment events valued at $1.3MM annually. • Managed the executive office’s program for the 2008 Beijing Olympics, worked onsite in Beijing and Hong Kong, and planned and seamlessly executed all entertainment, events, travel, security, and private jet travel needs for the CEO and CAO.• Led project and event programming for 2012 London Olympics, including advance planning, working onsite in London, directing vendor relationships, and managing firm and client entertainment.• Served as internal expert and point of contact for all special client entertainment programming and communicated directly with C-level management, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, strategic partners, and vendors.
