I am the owner and founder of SmashFit.com, a site which focuses not just on the physical side of fitness, but on the mental and emotional sides as well.I am also thr fitness expert for the TV show, Inside South Florida that serves both the Miami and Ft.Lauderdale area. Working with clients and seeing that all-or-nothing struggle led me to create The Change Challenge, a change by change, phase by phase fitness strategy, which I launched on the Ricki Lake Show. I ran discussions, had meetups and helped people finally discover their "fitness mindset". I was also able to combine my Mom-experience with my figure competition training on the show Miami Mom's. Fitness is strategy. We all know you need to exercise and eat well but how you put that into action is different for every single person. I teach people to *think differently* about how they view food as a means to their goal. "Food is the clay, workouts the chisel." I've been honored to be able to share my passion and specialty in print, web, public speaking and on TV and the more people I can teach, the more happy and strong people we have in the world.I'm also a - ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Strategist, clean eating advocate, trainer, writer, speaker, artist, former Figure champion AND one of only a handful of women selected to compete on American Ninja Warrior.
