-Assisting with RN-BSN and MSN Admission, Graduation, and Progression.-Maintaining clinical placements.-Actively communicate with the Department Chair, Faculty and Staff in matters pertaining to the university, department, etc.-Knowledge and implementation of the department's programs, policies, and procedures.-Creating academic reports for the department.-Maintaining database of student currently in RN-BSN program as well as licensing.-Utilize SAP, Image Now, Blackboard, and Outlook to manage student records and communications -Maintain work requests, maintaining inventories, and technical requests.-Quickly and proficiently completing day to day office tasks-Secretary of RN-BSN committee, MSN committee, APG committee, Curriculum committee. -Department liaison to the campus for records management and retention

-Retain information about the life insurance business-Communicate with the clients to provide exceptional client service -Learn the legal aspect of insurance and protect the client’s privacy -Perform changes and claims on life insurance coverage-Handle client data and provide detailed information while obtaining leads
