I'm responsible for the concept and design stages of a project. This includes art direction, client liaison and making sure the design meets everyone's expectations. The majority of my work is corporate reporting, annual reports with an even mix of sustainability and employee engagement.

At Addison I had a more supportive role in the design studio as a much more junior designer I worked with more experienced designers on Annual Reports and pitches, I had a few of my own pro bono clients that I worked with year on year and a couple of my own smaller clients Annuals.

I began at Word working with a very talented designer and quickly picked up lots of technical skills which enabled me to design and artwork lots of B2B literature, advertising and small design pieces.

I was a receptionist at Red Door when I first moved to London as was finding my feet in the design world, working out what I wanted to do and where I wanted to be. It was a great opportunity to work around designers and printers – to get the feel of an agency, but ultimately I had the wrong seat!
