Utilizes and promotes the philosophy of Collaborative/Therapeutic Documentation to meet clinical record keeping documentation standards and ensure documentation is completed with the consumer to the extent possible and all documentation is completed on the same day of the date of service.Assists with grant management as well as new grant proposals to expand clinical programs.
