· Create custom designs for customers such as apartment wayfinging signage, logos, vehicle wraps, banners, decals and other signage while maintainiand deadlines. · Communicate with customers to ensure they are getting a well designed, functional product that meets their needs and vision. · Work with other team members to produce and install various signage.

· Create estimates for commercial and residential customers based on floor plans and specs. · Use Measuresquare software to complete take offs, Structure software to complete quote and communicate any questions and/or final quote to customer. · Create 3D SketchUp drawings for customers to help visulize their upcoming builds/remodels. · Build relationship with existing and new general contractors. · Build relationship with vendors to ensure best pricing for our customers. ∙ Keep track of all incoming and outgoing bids for company and ensure bids are going out on time and being followed up on. ∙ Review potential new software for company and maintain existing software.

- Qualify customers to determine the product that best visualy communicates their needs- Listen and understand clients objectives to compose creative computer generated designs, concepts, and layouts while maintaining budgets and deadlines.- Collaborate design solutions with team to produce custom signs and other products.- Provide excellent customer service, prepare estimates and proposals, follow up on orders, receive and process payments, and assist with other administrative dutties.
