As part of Wells Fargo's Cybersecurity Initiatives team, I am leading the establishment of a robust Cyber Risk Institute (CRI) Maturity Assessment strategy. This strategic role involves connecting policies, controls, performance metrics and managing issues to CRI maturity statements in order to enhance our Security risk posture. I am overseeing a team of eleven information security analysts and managing the assessment workflows.Prior to this I was managing a team of architects conducting rationalization of the entire Cybersecurity portfolio of applications, software and hardware. Our efforts in portfolio rationalization have significantly streamlined cybersecurity resources by reducing tool duplication, outdated applications and software, and fostering a culture of efficiency and strategic foresight by allowing product managers and management to have a clear view of what they own and the strategic outlook. My tenure at Wells Fargo is also marked by leading a comprehensive cloud migration of over 140 applications, championing agile transformation, and providing coaching and mentoring. In collaboration with my team, we empower the organization to safeguard our customer's data with the utmost integrity.I enjoy the challenge and constant change in Cybersecurity. My favorite task is to tackle a complex challenge using my technical and cybersecurity experience and knowledge to quickly diagnose the problem and work on strategic collaboration with relevant parties across cyber and technology to drive solutions. I also am a big advocate for women and diversity, equity and inclusion in Cyber and Tech fields. I have a Master's in Leadership and Coaching, a Master's in Management Information Systems, and a BS in Computer Science. I hold several certificates including PMP, PMI-ACP, CRISC, GIAC Cybersecurity Leader, and other Agile certificates.
