LAW FIRM/OFFICE MANAGER: Managerial duties included: coordinating fifteen (15) legal assistants who were responsible for the preliminary title research, document preparation and closing of residential properties within Pennsylvania and New Jersey, with specific emphasis on corporate relocation. As a manager, I worked extensively in researching and marketing to potential new corporate clients. I was instrumental in creating and implementing new procedures and protocols for all new and existing business sources including set up and management of an attorney and title network from Maine to Florida. In addition to managerial and personnel duties, I was also responsible for a caseload of relocation clients who were moving into our service areas. These transactions include preparing and amending agreements, negotiating contracts and completing settlement with or on behalf of the client. I also functioned as primary liaison for all corporate accounts and maintained corporate client relations. TITLE/OFFICE MANAGER: In addition to the duties described above, I was the manager of the firm owned title company. My duties as manager included training, assignment of responsibilities, monitoring output, assessing client contact and meeting settlement deadlines, document production, resolving and clearing title problems, underwriter remitting, conducting real estate closings, account reconciliation, and conveyancing. The transactions that I personally closed for the agency were generally international and VIP employees of our corporate clients.
