In this position, I analyze and review information from multiple sources, translating quality data into action plans and recommendations for healthcare teams with a focus on revenue attainment. I identify opportunities for cost savings, areas of underpayment, and other resources to increase the bottom line and pinpoint problems in revenue cycle. During this time, I was responsible for generating data for referral production within the #7 residency program in the US. I acted as the liaison between patients, clinical team, and external clinical partners to coordinate care and ensure effective communications between parties. I reviewed data across the continuum of care to ensure funding requirements were met based on grant funding expectations, as well as gathered data to showcase compliance and adherence to grant terms. I also bundled data for grant submissions to demonstrate care for underserved populations, such as HIV patients, refugees, and those on a sliding fee scale.
