The ActiveProspect Senior Brand Designer is responsible for both developing and producing creative brand designs and overseeing all marketing initiatives to ensure that images and messages appropriately contribute to brand identity. Accountable for reviewing marketing materials for accuracy and continuity. This includes: • Plan and execute, concept to design to functionality of website, landing pages and email marketing campaigns.• Design, create and manage trade booths, printed marketing materials and any other necessary design assets to grow the brand.• Help promote positive internal awareness of design trends, brand standards and processes through a design culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.• Create in-office swag for employees and clients from conception to completion.• Collaborate internally to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that can be translated across various media platforms including email campaigns, landing pages, social media, and print collateral.• Capture brand imagery through both small-scale photoshoots and stock photography, both of which need to consistently match the brand aesthetic.• Collaboratively contribute to internal brand discussions by attending conferences and meetings as necessary • Manage production of all print pieces from sourcing printers, gather pricing quotes, coordinating with the printer to ensure correct specs and a timely delivery.• Work with sales, marketing, and client success team to identify, create, and update materials needed to gain and keep clients and customers and ensure brand consistency.

As a start-up network marketing company, we are required to move quickly and creatively to stay ahead in the market. As a graphic designer I was responsible for all marketing projects, sales documents and materials, social media advertisements and design, events and swag, photography, company branding, and general art direction. During my time as marketing designer on a very small team, I was also heavily involved in the creation of the sister brand, ReNew. This project involved an entire brand from the name and identity, brand voice, swag, website, package design, and a conference.
