o Responsible for operational activities and management of the Clinical Services department which includes, but not limited to, employee performance reviews, hiring, department SOP creation and review, training guidelines, study/project assignment and reporting to company management, Directors and President.o Ensure compliance with all aspects of the image protocol, Canfield’s SOP and study specific imaging charters.o Document imaging methodology creating appropriate image acquisition guidelines, imaging charters, image review criteria and image analysis data transfers.o Work closely with Clinical Services Project teams as mentor to manage project related challenges and achieve exemplary results.o Assist Business Development attending trade shows and presenting services to new clients.

o Provides first-hand knowledge of clinical project management services and product offerings to clients as well as the business development and contracts team.o Ensures highest level of customer service to all clients including timely responses, concise and accurate proposals, and follow through with deliverables.o Exceeded yearly growth forecast and consecutively surpassed monthly objectives developing new customer base.o Works closely with internal team to ensure clients’ needs communicated and timelines appropriate for delivery of new products and services.
