Marketing Manager/Hr Manager
CurrentInputs new client data into project management software (ClickUp, prior Monday.com). Performs daily quality assurance on project management software, weekly and/or monthly audits (dependent on client offer) to ensure accuracy is maintained. Answers 50–100 emails daily, oversees response tickets, reviews and provides feedback on Customer Service Representative (CSR) responses. Oversees content creation for 7 social media accounts. Ensures posts are scheduled daily, with an average of 45 pieces of content a week across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Threads. Basic video, audio, photo edits are provided as needed. Schedules pre-written daily emails, manual reminders, and one-off emails through CRMs (GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign) daily. Regularly manages segmentation, review, and scheduling to regular segmented list of 27,000 clients. Hired, onboarded, and manages a team of 13 people across multiple departments. Writes social media copy. Reviews all copy for grammar and spelling corrections. Received Employee of the Month for communication, proactivity, and collaboration.
