Performs daily quality assurance on project management software, weekly and/or monthly audits (dependent on client offer) to ensure accuracy is maintained. Answers 50–100 emails daily, oversees response tickets, reviews and provides feedback on Customer Service Representative (CSR) responses. Oversees content creation for 7 social media accounts.
