As a CPG marketer turned healthcare services executive, I’ve been privileged to shape growth and guide change at the forefront of health and wellness for more than twenty-five years—working shoulder-to-shoulder with clinical innovators and business architects intent on improving the world’s health.Today, as President & COO of BAYADA Home Health Care—the world’s largest NPO provider of home healthcare services—I lead more than 30,000 clinicians, caregivers, and operators in the delivery of compassionate home healthcare services.Together, we’ve expanded the communities and clients served across BAYADA’s eight practices—acquiring and opening new service locations, forming hospital joint ventures, and creating partnerships with innovative organizations to enable new home-based care solutions.I joined BAYADA in 2019, bringing domestic and international experience building, turning around, and accelerating businesses for two of the world’s premiere healthcare and pharmacy companies.As Divisional Vice President of Healthcare Clinics at Walgreens, I led the strategy, marketing, and operational roll-out of Walgreens’ Health Care Clinics, along with the integration of Duane Reade Clinics into the company.The result was a new-to-market healthcare services category that scaled the delivery of on-site treatment for acute healthcare conditions across the nation.Earlier, I held marketing leadership roles for Johnson & Johnson, where I unlocked organic growth, launched new products, and repositioned and relaunched existing products across five brand portfolios, including Tylenol Upper Respiratory, Lactaid, and Benadryl.Since 2007, I’ve held board director, trustee and committee chair roles for companies and institutions including Swish Dental, Convenient Care Association, The Shipley School, and Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA.I’ve also served on the Women’s Mental Health Leadership Council for McLean Hospital since 2023, and since 2024 as a Health & Wellness Champion for the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). A longtime health-and-wellness, mental health, and women-in-leadership advocate, I’ve appeared as a thought leader in Newsweek, NPR Marketplace, The Washington Post, and The Wall Street Journal, and as podcast guest and lecturer for Becker’s Women’s Leadership Podcast and The Wharton School of Business.
