Professional ExperienceA Principal Owner Henning Construction Company, Inc. and The Henning Group, L.C.Prior to joining Henning, she was a field engineer with a regional Midwest commercial construction company whose main emphasis was heavy steel and concrete construction. She joined Henning in 1998 and worked her way up from project engineer to executive vice president and president.After acquiring a Naples office in 1999, in 2000, she transferred to the Division to spearhead its transition to Henning. Ms. Henning is directly responsible for all aspects of the Florida Division and also maintains strong ties to the Iowa operation as well.
