Joining Skyscanner at the end of 2018 as a Senior UX Writer, I quickly realised accessibility wasn't getting the focus it deserved and I wanted to change that. A year later, I moved into the position of Accessibility Lead, and what an amazing journey it's been since then! I'm working with some wonderful Accessibility Champions from across the organisation – Design, Content, Engineering, Research, Product, Legal, Marketing, Social, Office Management and more. We've got some dedicated folks here who don't just want to tick some boxes and call ourselves accessible. We want to do something great.
