Through this experience, I have created many multiple page reports with graphs and greatly improved my excel skills. I create a bi-monthly sales newsletter to educate the sales team on product information, sales techniques and tips, and customer service. I work closely with a dedicated advertising agency to create many marketing pieces including catalogs, stationery, website, and several other pieces. I create and design several other marketing pieces and maintain a consistent brand image. I have also done research on specific product lines and written analyses based on my findings for high level decisions.

I worked with and created reports to make useful information for the company. I participated in the quarterly ops review, which gave me some great presentation experience. I was able to improve my communication skills by working with many different people on my team and outside of my team. I was also able to work with upper level management. I worked with the marketing team to help create a couple back to school ads and radio copy points. Worked with all of the employees in my group on several different projects they needed help with, mostly concerning reporting. I attended the weekly meetings and took minutes on multiple calls. I also did several store visits to help train management and employees on a new computer system and to aid in implementing the process. This improved my sales skills because the store reps and managers were reluctant to use the trial version of the system. Therefore, I had to sell them on the benefits. I had perfect attendance in this position.

I started out as a cashier and I later got promoted to copy center associate. I was awarded employee of the month twice. I excelled in customer satisfaction. In the copy center, I designed business cards, put together presentations, and created customized projects for clients under strict time constraints. I also stocked the store and helped many customers find the best solutions for their home or business.
