I’ll be your biggest cheerleader but will also hold you to account.Prior to becoming a coach, I spent almost 15 years’ in HR, starting out on the NHS graduate management training programme and working in a variety of roles in the NHS over the next 10 years. I then moved into the private sector working for a large global business as a Senior People & Organisation Partner. It was during this time that my passion for career development really took hold and I started my journey to becoming a qualified and accredited coach.A successful career doesn’t look the same for everyone, and nor should it. We all bring a unique set of skills, experience and perspectives to our work and our lives. I believe the key to unlocking your potential and having more impact at work is simply by being yourself.
