Hi 👋 I’m Heather, I'm a Career and Leadership Coach, empowering quietly ambitious professionals to discover their hidden strengths and build their inner confidence so they can get the recognition they deserve and thrive in their career.My approach has been described as warm, authentic and calmly assertive. I’ll be your biggest cheerleader but will also hold you to account.Prior to becoming a coach, I spent almost 15 years’ in HR, starting out on the NHS graduate management training programme and working in a variety of roles in the NHS over the next 10 years. I then moved into the private sector working for a large global business as a Senior People & Organisation Partner. It was during this time that my passion for career development really took hold and I started my journey to becoming a qualified and accredited coach.A successful career doesn’t look the same for everyone, and nor should it. We all bring a unique set of skills, experience and perspectives to our work and our lives. I believe the key to unlocking your potential and having more impact at work is simply by being yourself.
