I am a Senior Learning & Development Manager, Instructional Designer, Mentor and Leadership Coach with over 15 years of professional experience. I run a Learning & Development Consulting business where I design and develop interactive and engaging learning experiences that help people retain and apply valuable information to their jobs. I manage large-scale ID projects for international and multi-billion dollar clients while navigating 30+ stakeholders.I am a founding member and treasurer of the Women's Collaborative, a volunteer for Lead Yourself Youth, a member of the Young Professionals Society, and a coach for her niece's softball team. I hold a BBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMASS Amherst and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Thinking and Innovative Practices from Bath Path University. I also coach/mentor professionals seeking to make career transitions. I have a passion for the great outdoors, education, creating deep community connections, travel, and experiencing new cultures.
