I am a property management professional in the DC-metro area looking to expand my career through new opportunities and continued education. I am actively studying to earn my LEED GA and would like to receive my LEED AP shortly thereafter. I have four years of experience in both residential and commercial property management and can effectively manage the daily operations of a community while balancing monthly financial reporting, budget planning, vendor relationships, and maintenance and repair. In my most recent position, I managed single family homes and condos and served as the liaison and final decision-maker on behalf of each of my clients. I was responsible for my own book of business and coordinated with my company's leasing and M&R team to meet and exceed the needs of my owners and tenants alike. Working for a start-up provided me the opportunity to help build standard operating procedures and internal dashboards to streamline processes. In my next position, I am looking for a challenging role as an assistant property manager, tenant services coordinator, or similar role, with a company that values sustainability, smart growth, resiliency, and community development.
