As the Director of Talent Development at Wysocki Family of Companies, I lead the design and implementation of comprehensive training and development initiatives aimed at fostering professional growth and enhancing organizational productivity. My role involves conducting organizational gap analyses to identify training needs, creating tailored onboarding processes, and developing leadership development programs that improve employee engagement and retention. I was given the unique opportunity of formalizing and building out the WFC Safety Program. Daily I engage in the process of fostering our safety culture through the design, implementation and refinement of various risk management tools deployed across the organization. The vertical integration of WFC may have me on the packaging floor in the morning, a management meeting at lunch and in a harvester by the afternoon.

What every successful day in HR must include is increasing our company's effectiveness and health.

While at Woodlands I had the honor of leading the Senior High Ministry. I was entrusted the overall direction and leadership of the Sr High program; involving weekly meetings, curriculum development, primary teaching responsibilities, counseling and community/global involvement. In order to accomplish this I was tasked with recruiting/training/coaching a team of adults who graciously volunteered to serve our communities teenagers. In a role of this nature you become adept at management, training and development, marketing and communication as well as strategic project management.

I spent 5 amazing years pouring into the lives of students and families in Neillsville. One of the catalyst moments was opening The Grotto, a Youth Center located downtown. This "off-site" location increased the overall effectiveness of the Student Ministry and produced a lifetime of precious memories. I am forever grateful for the time I spent in Neillsville and my friends at Living Hope.
