This role is accountable for managing an Inside Sales team, supporting the Olin Brass Rolling Mill and the Bryan, Ohio Re-roll facility. Have fully trained staff during transition to Louisville KY. Strong skills in forecasting, inventory management, Customer service, Inside Sales, continuous improvement, as well as strong leadership skills in Management of the team.

This role’s accountabilities include managing 9+ Inside Sales Representatives and Inside Sales Administrators, as well as implementing systems within the Company to streamline processes. Fully implemented Oracle ERP to provide Sales and purchasing for Imported material from European facilities. Created an inventory system to track imported material up through delivery to the customer. Implemented and EDI system for acquisition company to load into Oracle for cash application. Support the Inside Sales team through Decision Making to best service customers. Track inventory levels within customer programs, and ensure forecasting is completed accurately. Train Inside Sales Representatives and Administrators on systems, and processes. Implemented accuracy tracking programs to ensure that information is entered (by the Inside Sales Administrators) into the computer systems accurately and efficiently. Created goals and objectives to drive performance within the team. Lead training program to include 2 sessions per month to grow the Inside Sales’ team’s knowledge of the product and Company processes. Coach and motivate employees to best service the customer base, effectively and efficiently.

This role is accountable for supporting the financial applications, including Accounts Payable, General Procurement, Receiving and Stores Inventory company-wide. Full implementation of the General Procurement module on the ERP system, Oracle with an implementation date of April 2006. Within this role, I have worked with Business Process Owners to design processes within the Oracle applications to fulfill the procurement and Stores inventories functionality within the Oracle System. Coordination of testing the system as well as developing training courses has also been included in my role.

This role is accountable for supporting the financial applications within the ERP system, J.D. Edwards company-wide. Within this role, I have trained users across the company, from corporate staff to site level users on using the system effectively. This role also was accountable for full process redesign in conjunction with the implementation of the ERP system, J.D. Edwards (implementation October 2003). Full project management in the area of General Procurement including designing the future state for the Procurement functions across the corporation, working with contractor technical resources and process users to develop the system to reflect the future requirements, developing test plans, training manuals, and organizational structure requirements to implement to future state. Additional project management supporting system enhancements and break / fix work in the functional areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Human Resources, Legal and General Procurement.

Relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina to start up a new facility within Commonwealth Industries, Inc. Developed successful hiring and recruiting systems revolving around the high performance work team concept. Developed and maintained numerous Human Resources functions including hiring, recruiting, new hire orientation, time and attendance tracking utilizing Ceridian software, payroll administration, benefits administration, policy administration, training programs, workers compensation, record keeping in accordance with state and federal regulations, HRIS system, and high performance work teams.
